Alma Stritt

b.1998

German/British Artist

My work takes on the form of self-published image catalogues, sticker campaigns and temporary image displays/installations. I have been studying at the Royal College of Art since 2024.

Trained as a Biologist on the North-East coast of England (2018-2021), my creative practice continues to investigate different scales, manifestations and pressures of marginal existences - documenting this within domestic life and urban environment using photography and writing. I continue to draw from my prior education using an archival and iterative way of working, The transition spaces, or ‘tide-lines’ I probe within my creative practice are where object becomes image and where private space/image becomes public and vice versa, and why and how this might matter.
